PAYMENT
University of Zadar web shop provides easy payment by credit card or bank transfer in two steps, Add to Basket and Purchase.
When paying registration fees for multiple people, it is important to include their names in the payment description. This ensures that the payment is correctly attributed to each individual. It is always a good idea to double-check the payment details before submitting it to ensure that everyone’s name is included and the payment amount is accurate. By doing so, you can help make the registration process smoother and more efficient for everyone involved.
PROFORMA INVOICE
To generate a proforma invoice, you need to use the webshop (the link is provided in the registration confirmation). When completing your purchase, select “Company” as the buyer type and enter the details of the institution responsible for payment. Then choose “bank transfer” as the payment method and fill in all required information. The system will then send you the proforma invoice via email. An e-invoice will be sent upon payment.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Requests for cancellations should be sent to pubmet@unizd.hr. Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 100 % of the registration fees. No refunds will be made for cancellations made 30 days or less before the event.
AUTHOR NO SHOW
PUBMET2026 enforces a strict “no show” policy. Each accepted submission should be presented by one of the authors in person at the conference site according to the published schedule. Any paper accepted into the programme, but not presented on site will be withdrawn from the official programme and proceedings.
